Absolutely lovely retirement and nursing home.
The staff can be very welcoming and are super knowledgeable.
Lots of engaging activities for residents within the home and community.
The management team are extremely well organized as well.
Very beautiful new deck and lovely garden outside that make sitting outdoors a favourite activity

If anyone says that this place has amazing management is delusional and or must be a favourite to the manager! Advertising is huge and if you speak up about the disfunction and or horrible treatment of the residence you are going to be hated real quick and slaughtered and slandered by the management and their minions! This place is an absolute nightmare and I would never put anyone even my worst enemy there! The care is absurd obnoxious and let alone horrific! This place needs to be closed down! If you ever go in and you think that everything is run right it’s because everybody knew that you were coming to visit so they had to be on their best behavior! The same goes for any type of people coming to do wellness and or health checks! The home knows when you’re coming and are only willing and wanting to be on their best behaviour during that time frame! It is a disgusting place and I would never put anyone there!

Thank you to all the staff in all departments at Harriston Caressant Care for their professional and compassionate care of my mother. Staff took the time to chat with my Mom, which she really enjoyed. The restorative therapy and music therapy program in the LTC enhanced Mom's quality of life. Any questions or concerns were addressed in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this home to others.
