I've taken small engines to them for years and their rates and service are good, but I just called up to see if they had a tool and had a pretty weird interaction. They said they didn't anymore due to "people not respecting them", then abruptly hung up.

I'm sure the place is still fine, just hope you get the other guy when you call...

Asked if I could bring in a 16 hp Kolher engine that wasn't working.
I got told that they are very busy and don't have time for it but for me to find out what is wrong with the engine then bring it to them,tell them exactly what is wrong,then they'll fix it.
Older guy,very bad attitude, very dismissive.
If I knew what was wrong with the darn engine, I wouldn't be call them.

These folks helped us out in a pinch. After 10 days without power in the wake of Hurricane Fiona, our generator pull cord broke. They were able to fix it immediately and for a very reasonable price. They saved the contents of our fridge! Thank you so much - highly highly recommend these folks.

I would recommend you are mindful when you bring work here. We had our lawnmower brought in for service in October 2021. End of season. They changed out the deck of the mower as the self propelled wheels stopped working. It was $250 dollars.
The lawn mower stopped working today. Aug 2022. not even half season since the repair. We called to see what they were going to do for us. Spoke with service. They don’t warranty this. (Nothing on bill to say otherwise ) We have to bring it in and they would charge us to “Have a look they don’t work for free” they could have said bring it in let’s take a look and we will see what we can do. We will never go back.
Not the kind of customer care we had expected.

Don't go here if you need something, like to operate a business, they will sink you. I called twice 2 weeks ago to order a new engine so operations can continue while the first get's warranty work completed. Told both times they would get right back to me. Painful lesson in the value of the warranty (kohler) and this business. I called someone else and the engine was ordered in an hour. As a business owner, I am only as good as my people. Just go on by these folks

A & M had the part I needed for my snowblower in stock and at a reasonable price. The gentleman at the store was friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back again.
