While on a trip to ShuSwap lake. My alternater stopped working. Luckily my vehicle quit right beside ASC. It was near the end of the workday approximatly 4. The shop was full guys were busy chances were not looking good. As it turned out the manager and the mechanic stayed after hours to help us out. problem solved thanks to the consideration given. 5 times back an forth loose nuts parts still in box with new nuts not used on a 23 year car and don’t look or check wrecked vehicles in back yard of shop if you check to see if parts fit your car you will be told your stealing when just checking if parts will work. Call Albert and he says your the guy steeling parts couldn’t say anything because Albert hang up the phone. Never ever recommend this shop ever with this experience that happened stupid people should not have this business that can’t tell the difference of checking out parts to taking them at a 64 year old man yeah start to steal how stupid I have heard from many other people have loose parts 5 times back and still not fixed many say it’s done wrong ?

Our car almost broke down close to cache creek and we brought it to ASC. After explaining our situation and needing a very quick solution, Mr. Albert took us in the next day and ordered the parts we needed on the same day! Veeeery reasonable price, they were super nice with us and car runs like new. Wish every mechanic had the same excellent service and understanding for their customers. Recommend 100%

I was from out of town when my truck bit the dust while hunting. My shift link cable broke and they got me in asap for repairs. However after returning home it broke again due to being routed improperly. Mistakes happen and once it was fixed properly at my usual shop Al at ASC sent me the full amount it cost to have it redone properly. Not many places will go the extra mile to call another shop, discuss what happened and take ownership of a mistake. Class act in my books. Only the 4 stars simply because the work wasn’t done properly it may have been someone new or a genuine mistake. I would still go back if I was in the area and needed work done.

Albert is a very quality man. They have done work for me on 4 things at separate times. Changed the exhaust system in my Lincoln Navigator. The windshield washer pump, the alternator and the shocks that keep the hood open. Not everything went according to plan and the Navigator had to go back a couple of times under warranty. But Albert stood behind the work and the warranties and even discounted the 2nd job to compensate me for my time. And for the last job he did not charge me at all, refusing to take my money for parts or labor. Not everything works to perfection all the time but he has gone out of his way t make sure I was happy and satisfied. GREAT, great customer service Albert. I thank you profusely.
