We decided to give it a try, but the shelves were not well stocked with many empty spaces. They did not have a common cooler and the cashier seemed clueless about it when I asked. On a plus he did recommend another store might have my "new" (these are almost 2 years old) product.... he was right! Unless you want Bud or Kokanee perhaps look elsewhere, I know we had more success at other locations in town.

Perfect liquor store- Great Management – I Would Have Rated it 6 Stars If It Was An Option!!

I can’t believe all the negativity about a liquor store, I have to say something.
They have an excellent selection of wines & spirits. Staff is super friendly.
Excellent service and fair pricing. Best prices in Canmore.

One of the best wine and liquor stores in Canmore. Large selection and lots of variety but what makes it stand out is the expertise of the staff.

Questions are answered quickly and efficiently but then they dig deeper to see if they can recommend something you haven't thought of trying before.

They also have phenomenal deals.

With all that said, chill out you negative people and have a great day.

Opening time clearly lists 10:00am and it’s 10:21am and not open, have lost my business and I will go elsewhere from now on.

Also the available parking requires vehicle registration or you will receive a fine/get towed.

Iqktar was working and seemed like my business was a big inconvenience to him. Based on other reviews it seems that other staff members are friendly but he was horrible. Would rate 1 star except selection was decent.

We parked in front of the store to get in the store. All staff was outside smoking. The manager, who pretend to be the owner when we asked, started being rude at us saying it’s a 400$ fine if we park there. Then, we noticed the sign and parked elsewhere. I just found him rude toward 5 customers that could have decide to go buy their 150$ bill alcohol elsewhere after that situation.

I never really minded the customer service until recently when a couple of family members and I ventured in for some liquor on Family Day long weekend. The clerk behind the desk was very rude and aimed incredibly derogatory comments at my uncle when he asked a simple question. Instead of clarifying in a respectful manner, the clerk got defensive, swore, and questioned our intellect and even our residency statuses (all of us either born here or been here for 20 years). Absolutely disrespectful and unnecessary. I will NEVER step foot into that store again and urge everyone to be really mindful if you are choosing to come here.

the staff comprise a bunch of different visible minorities wich seems to rub many in the reviews the wrong way.

My girlfriend and I both go there on a weekly basis and never had anything but a good experience.

The selection is basic, but what do you expect from a liquor store with those hours and low prices, you don't go shopping for blue cheese at Mac's... go to a specialized liquor store if your needs are so refined.

They carry local booze.
