ACE Trades and Technical Institute has exceptional instructors who truly care about their students' success. I was impressed by how much I learned in a short amount of time in the Extra Low Voltage program. I highly recommend this institute to anyone seeking a quality education in the trades.

Professor Ninad is an excellent teacher who is knowledgeable, supportive, and engaging. He makes complex topics easy to understand and creates a positive learning environment.

Total waste of time and money. Did the FSR LO on line course. Instructor gave wrong information and taught NOTHING except what to highlight in code book and even that was nothing matching the exam. Didn’t even go over the Q&A fully during the class. Total ridiculous set up just a camera in a one inch box pointing at her head while she talks to people in class mostly about how she has a 100% success rate. Not believable . Failed the exam. $950 wasted. Zero stars.

Bought the Off Road Heavy Duty refresher course before writing my Red Seal. I expected access to be given right away, so I purchased the course right before I intended to do it to maximize the amount of time I had access to it. I didn’t get it for well over a week, pushing 2 weeks, and the entire week I had booked off to do the course was a waste. No one replied to my emails or calls, until I threatened to dispute the charge on my credit card then I got an immediate response. I finally got the course, and the instructor had such bad breathing and speaking difficulty that I couldn’t focus on the course material. Again all my correspondence was ignored until I threatened to dispute the charge. I asked for closed captions or a transcript and was told to just try using headphones. Eventually ATTI stopped responding again. I love that other people have had great experiences but I unfortunately am not one of those people. Giant waste of almost $1,500, ended up having to dispute the charges with my CC in the end because my course is of no use to me.

I give 5 star to this institute. Definitely recommend. Very knowledgeable instructors, excellent teacher is one with whom students don't feel insecure. They can ask questions and discuss issues without any hesitation. The staff are many kinds of knowledgeable & very supportive.

ATTI is a fake institution. I brought the course and materials last April. They are never told this course accesses only 3 months. I pay 1400$ for this course. Now I can not access my ID. When I called them they demanded money from me again for access my id. You should be careful while buying course from this institution.
