I've gone to ACMS a few times over the past 3-4 years. The receptionist is friendly, and I've always been able to get in for an appointment fairly quickly. The technician is more reserved, but I find that if I engage in conversation with her, it goes well. I like that I don't have to travel to Edmonton to deal with rude technicians (which has happened in the past).

Appointment booked for 830AM. Lights off and no one here. Google and Facebook say they are open for 830, but their front door states 9AM.

My wife drank a ton of water before hand as you are supposed to. Now she is incredibly uncomfortable and so upset with how poorly managed this place is.

We waited till 9 am in the parking lot. No one showed up. Obviously this place is a joke and clearly no one who runs this place cares. I highly recommend that no one go here. We ended up coming back here later in the day and still not open. Garbage business.

The hospital in slave lake should know better than to tell people to go here. I would like to see another company come and take care of the residents of this town because this business is absolutely trash.

The ultrasound tech woman was just completely disrespectful and unnecessarily rude! She mocked me for not reading an agreement I had to sign even though I read the agreement - I just read rather quickly. Then she proceeds to ask personal questions about my life and then mocks me for them! Apparently it is wrong and god thinks its wrong (according to the tech) that I am unmarried without children at my age. She also judged me for being in a ten year relationship and not being married(my choice not hers) and it was NOT her place to judge. This woman is a joke. Go elsewhere if you can!

I’ve been to ACMS ultrasound twice and both times I’ve been uttered unimpressed! I was scolded by the technician for having an ultrasound in GP weeks before my halfway ultrasound.
And my fionce who couldn’t be in the room wasn’t allowed to FaceTime in to see me and baby on the monitor
Pictures were absolutely horrible! I paid $10 for useless pictures of spears and my kidneys

Would never go back!
