I was having issues with my vision after a recent prescription change and new glasses. Even though I purchased my glasses somewhere else Acuity got me in the next day, did an exam and checked my prescription all free of charge. I will be doing my future shopping here and will recommend them to everyone. Thank you to the whole team!!!

The whole staff at this location was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout the brief interactions I had. Leslie, Shaun, and Victoria in particular are exceptional. I have never experienced such a level of quality customer service, as they each took the time to figure out what the right fit was for my vision. I’ve always found glasses uncomfortable but also hate not having the clearest vision. I have purchased a total of four pairs (3 prescription glasses and 1 pair of sunglasses, my favourites are the Moleskin and Xavier Garcia brands. Soooo noticeably weightless and flattering) and trialed contacts for my wedding day and beyond (after going through 3 different brands for my weirdly shaped eyeball).

They work within my budget (maximizing my benefits without compromising quality) and truly had my best interests in mind. Very grateful for such a gem of a clinic in our small town, their genuine patience and professional advice. I’ve recommended them to friends and family, and they’ve consistently shown the same level of excellence that bring us back!!!

Loved it. My husband and I brought all three kids in and myself for an eye exam. We were in and out so fast. The kids were happy and they loved their toy. Our doctor was super kind, receptionist was great too. So glad I chose to go here rather than into GP.
