I recently visited ADC X-ray in Okotoks, and I was incredibly impressed with the level of service we received. The staff were exceptionally helpful, kind, and patient throughout our visit. They made the experience much easier for my son, who needed an X-ray for his injured foot.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and at ease. They were attentive and took the time to explain the procedure to my son, ensuring he was comfortable and understood what to expect. Their professionalism and warmth truly stood out.

What really made the difference was their follow-up care. They called us after the appointment to check if we needed an ultrasound if it turned out that his foot was not broken. This proactive approach and genuine concern for my son’s well-being were greatly appreciated.

Overall, the staff at ADC X-ray in Okotoks were amazing. Their kindness and dedication to patient care made a significant impact on our experience. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of radiology services.

Amjed and Brittney took great care of me today for ultrasound and imaging. I have been here twice in the past and treated well.They are very professional. I would highly recommend for stress free testing! Nice facility, lots of parking and no wait time. 5 stars

Today “ Amjed” (at the Okotoks location) performed my ultrasound and what a lovely man and very professional ! Thank you for making my visit another positive experience . I will definitely come back to this location !

Absolutely wonderful experience at ADC in Okotoks. The receptionist, Sharon, greeted me as soon as I came in. She was extremely friendly, and when I handed her requisitions for X-rays and ultrasounds - just looking for the X-rays on a walk in basis - she looked at finding me appointments with the ultrasounds without even being asked. Samira (I believe was the tech's name) was extremely personable and friendly. Although I live in Calgary and work in Okotoks, I can't say I would go anywhere else in the future. The clinic was extremely clean and welcoming, but nothing beats friendly, proactive staff! I would give 10 stars if I could!

I had an ultrasound and x-ray completed here. It was a great experience, I was able to book my appointment 2 days after I called first thing in the morning. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. I will continue to go here from now on. They do accept Alberta Health Care as well so no out of pocket expenses.
