Absolutely Disgusted by the Rude and Racist Behavior of Associate “Kali” – Needs Serious Training or Termination

I am beyond furious and absolutely shocked by the outrageous and unprofessional behavior I experienced at this store. I walked in at 6:50 PM—a full 10 minutes before closing—just to quickly browse the clearance section. While moving through the aisle, a white female associate named Kali (not sure if she’s a manager or just acting like she owns the place) rudely approached me and said, “I can ring you up if you have anything, otherwise no browsing.”

I calmly replied, “Sure,” and told my partner we’d get going. As we were heading toward the checkout—not lingering, not wasting time—I briefly checked the size on a t-shirt. That’s when this woman came at me AGAIN with an even nastier, condescending tone, saying, “I’m not gonna tell you a third time—no browsing.”

Excuse me?! First of all, I wasn’t “browsing,” I was literally heading out. Second, who talks to paying customers like that? I told her straight up: “That’s not the right way to talk to people.” Instead of apologizing, she doubled down on her aggression, and to make matters worse, threatened to call security on me—for nothing.

It was 7:01 PM, ONE MINUTE past closing, and there were STILL other customers in the store. But she targeted me, followed me, and treated me like a problem. Let’s call it what it is: blatant racial profiling and harassment. She was confrontational, intimidating, and came so close to me I thought she was going to push me.

After I exited the store, I came back just to get her name and told her she needed to learn how to treat people like human beings if she wants to work in retail. Her attitude? Even nastier. She kept walking toward me aggressively and ordered me out of the store as if she owned the building.

This woman is a serious liability to your store and brand. If she’s a manager, that’s even worse—no leadership, no empathy, no professionalism. If she hates her job or can’t treat customers with basic decency, she should not be in retail. Period.

DO BETTER. Customers deserve to feel safe, respected, and valued—not harassed, followed, or threatened by rude, racist staff members.

Heads up if you're shopping at this Adidas store. The service inside is fine, but be careful at the checkout counter. They'll ask for your email for the e-receipt, but what they don't tell you is that they're also signing you up for their newsletter.
And it's not just an occasional email—I'm getting at least one, sometimes two, marketing emails every single day. It's ridiculous. It feels really dishonest to use my personal information for their own benefit without my permission. Shop here, but maybe think twice before handing over your email address.

I changed my 4 stars to one star.
It's not a very inviting place anymore, it seems they just want to chat with each other instead of Helping the costumer. I checked online for the item I was looking for and it said it was in stock in the store by Wednesday, but when I went to the store they didn't have it in stocks and they wouldn't give me a straight answer. Its so disappointing driving all the way there and coming back empty handed.

One of my favourite brands, the material is so good. Every time I go to this mall I stop by, they always have a good sale, and very friendly staff.

Clean and light shopping floor. Shopping environment is pretty confortable with music provided. Employees are basically nice and friendly. Check out speed is normal. Credit cards accepted. Fitting rooms available. Price is ok, but good with discounts. Free mall parking available.

I had a great shopping experience at the Adidas store in Tsawwassen Mills! A big shoutout to Mandeep Kaur for her exceptional service. She went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for and made the entire process—from choosing the right items to billing—smooth and pleasant.

She was quick to get us the size we wanted from the back, which made everything so efficient. It's rare to come across someone so dedicated and helpful. My sister is usually very picky with sizing and rarely shops, and although she didn’t end up liking the trousers, we still purchased a top just because of the fantastic service Mandeep provided. She really tried to assist us in every way possible.

People like her make shopping a joy—every store would benefit from having someone like Mandeep on their team. Highly recommend visiting this store and asking for her if you need genuine and patient help!

Horrible customer service! Manager Harman was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Staff needs to be trained on store return policy before giving false information to their customers.

We went to visit this store to find a good shoes for my wife. Unfortunately we didn’t like a shoes 👟 so we tried other shops.
Covid-19 precautions like social distance & sanitize all individuals before entering the store.
Promotional offers on clothes are available so grab it before it gone.
