Boarding room is cramped and uncomfortable, especially with a full plane of people. Bathrooms are trashed, food options nonexistent, (empty vending machine or Robins donuts that closes early), no potable water. Feels like it's falling apart around you. Staff seem pretty apathetic most of the time. Not a nice place to be forced to wait for another delayed plane.....

Vending machines dont work. The restaurant is never open. You cant get even get a drink of water anywhere. I missed a connecting flight because they lacked equipment to de-ice a plane in October. Only decent thing is staff and its usually clean.

We were needing a place to securely park our car while we traveled to Churchill, Tammy at security was very kind and helpful. The staff was hospitable and nice as we hung out and got things figured out.

Two things about this airport: 1) it’s SEVERELY OVER STAFFED. There is a huge number of security staff assigned to this airport and the majority of staff just seem to stand around. 2) I think it’s unreasonable for an airport (in the middle of nowhere) not to have wifi access. Come on Thompson you don’t always have to put the “ick” in HICK! Get with the times, it’s an embarrassment already. That being said the staff are nice to deal with.

Small airport friendly staff haven't had any issues. Men's bathroom was out of order. However, a porto potty sort of unit is available if you really need to go.

I fly through for work once in a while and the place is small, usually gets very busy but waiting areas and washrooms are clean and staff are friendly.

Go up
