I would not recommend this company for any of your services. Their customer service is non existent, they never answer your calls, return messages or respond to emails. They appear to be interested in new business opportunities only. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of support for long term customers.

Don't waste your time ! Company recommend highly by a relative. Called for estimate and info. Woman very nice, etc etc . Was going to confirm visit from Joe.
Promises call back. This was early August. Never heard back. Person who recommended asked if I had contacted. Said if he didn't know me so well he'd be sure I was lying. Could not believe they did not call.

Fast forward 3 weeks and hubby calls. Very apologetic and will get back "tomorrow ".
Haven't heard a peep. Guess they don't want new business or they are not reputable.
I think anyone who wants a security system should look elsewhere .

I tried to cancel this contract for six months already. What you get when you call is an answering machine. And if you state like I did that you want to cancel the contract you won't get any call back. There are a lot better choices out there.

We used them for our first house. Had a good experience. Used them for the 3rd home ... I cannot get anyone on the phone ever. There's no help. Very disappointed.
