Came as a walk-in today for general testing. Receptionist was friendly. Was told a 40 min wait and given the option to scan a QR to “save my spot” so I could leave and come back at the time it gave me, which I did. Ran a few errands and came back, checked-in, waited about 2 minutes before being called back. Phleb was good. No issues.

The wait time told to me at the original check-in (also displayed on a screen in the waiting room) was almost exactly when I was called back. Zero complaints here! 🙂

Came in without an appointment luckily there did not seem to be too many people waiting otherwise I am sure it would have taken longer. Glad I did make it in and not have to wait until the middle of the month, as I have some issues going on. I spent probably 30 minutes or less from the time I parked to leaving. Good team members who are friendly. Bathrooms were clean too.

Please update your google listing with proper hours of operations. It currently says you are open 7-3 on Saturday and Sunday. While trying to drop off time sensitive samples I watched 4 other people try to enter the building. Now I will have to take time off work and redo the samples. Also when calling to check hours of operations it just refers to look at the website which is not user friendly when trying to report the issue.

I made an appointment, went and checked in early.
Then I waited in my car, they texed me" We're ready for you "
I go inside and wait 20 minutes past my appointment time, while they take 6 walk ins.
Unless I'm mistaken that's the reasoning behind making appointments.
Ridiculous.
But it's run by the province now, so it's as useless as the provincial government.
Typical waste of tax dollars.

Very poor at managing the appointments. Appointment at 11:20am. Still sitting here in the waiting room at 11:40 waiting to be called. DO BETTER or stop taking appointments.

This lab is great. The staff are amazing. Out of all the labs I've been in Alberta they're by far the best. Outstanding!
They treat their patients well, are much faster than their estimated wait time and the lab is very well kept.
Amanda was a great technician. She was professional, very friendly, kind and I barely felt her needle for a blood draw. Fantastic experience ✨ Thank you

My GI sends in requisition to get throat swab, and they end turning me down saying I have to go the hospital to get my throat swab and persists on saying my GI is in idiot. Very unprofessional and ended up having go into the city and get my throat swab done at a different lab location. Unfortunately that is not my only poor interaction with this company.
