I have an appointment.
Nobody on reception when I arrived 11:25!!
Not checked in until after my appointment time!!
Now I’m watching walk-ins go in before me.
What’s the point of an appointment?
My time is valuable as well that’s why I booked an appointment!

I'm confused on how appointments work here. I believe that someone who has an appointment should get in pretty much on time. I had to wait 50 minutes after my appointment because they were fitting in all the walk ins. Walk ins were waiting about 10 minutes more than appointments. I'll find somewhere else next time.

The worst lab I’ve been to. Consistently over an hour behind schedule (with an appointment) even early in the morning. Walk ins were going in before me, even though I had an appointment and was waiting 40 minutes past my booked appointment. And some of them are not the nicest.

I made an appointment and watched the list of walk ins be taken (you can see arrival times) with the same amount of wait time as I had waited with an appointment (over thirty minutes). My arrival time was also not accurate even because I had to wait six minutes for a receptionist to show up. You should not take walk ins first when appointments are waiting 30+ minutes.

The oriental larger girl at the front desk, was very rude and unaccommodating. I asked her a question about the gauze in the package and she said, I don’t know what to say. Like I was stupid. I even asked a friend what he thought the gauze might be for and he thought the same as me. Her response was, you used it for that? She couldn’t even answer what it was for. Then she was very cold and rude. I can see why they need a sign saying they won’t tolerate this or that, because I was so tempted to give her a piece of my mind. She should not be in a position like that. She does not know how to be polite to the public. Terrible. I will go to Calgary next time I need work done.

I have no idea why this lab has anything other than a 5 star rating. I've been here numerous times over the past year and the courteous service has always been efficient and empathetic. Excellent staff.

Was a pretty long wait for an appointment but everyone was so friendly

I have been their 3 times for blood works as a walk in. They would benefit from more staff, but the ones there are pleasant and efficient. Never appears to have a receptionist, so patients arriving are a bit lost trying to book in, until a member of staff is free to assist.
I am back again tomorrow as a walk in and find the place convenient and fast. The longest wait I had was about 30 mins as a walk in. Cannot complain at that.
