Allen Olson is getting bigger and bigger for a reason! From a customer perspective, I wish Olsen all the success, but hope you never get as big as RBs.

Olsen's is honest and upfront (as much as any auctioneer can be) and I appreciate them for that. The only thing I wish is that the load outs were faster. I've noticed the load outs getting longer and longer. Hoping Olson can buck that trend.

Great service from all the front line staff at both locations.
I absolutely hate their website and how it resets your items viewed back to the top when you click on an item to read more. Once finished it sends you back to the top and forces you to scroll back down and open more items. It's ok if you only watch a few items.
More than ten. Huge pain in the a$$.

Be aware folks when you think your bidding with Allen b. Olson.
You are not fun fact it's some online ran bs. That the technical support doesnt even know what auction or where its being held.
I bid fair and square and was bidding previous to lots closing the time clock did not work and it closed while I had a high bid entered. I called the auction house immediately before auction ended to discuss as a phone bidder at many other sites accept and spoke with the owner who said he isn't able to help me and to call some nextgen website page and try trouble shoot the clock but indeed would not change the outcome. The tractor sold for alot less then it was worth I've personally made the seller aware he could have made alot more money. This happened to me a small town hard working farm girl who could have really used the tractor and was paying fair and square for it. I hope Allen b Olsen auction house is ashamed and greatly embarrassed. I send great caution when dealing with companies as such as both a seller and a buyer. Know who your dealing with because I didn't.

I reached out about a vehicle and was told the car was in good working order, so I followed up by bidding on and purchasing the car.

Upon paying for the car I was able to drive it. On my drive home I realized the car wouldn't go into 5th gear, it had very little power (turbo was inoperable), among other mechanical issues.

The worst of it all is the speedometer and odometer weren't even working so the true mileage is unknown.

DO NOT buy from this auction. They have ZERO credibility.

I hate to do this, but after a few calls to Allen himself, I have no other recourse. Simply put, I purchased something and was told "sorry, it must have been stolen". Stuff happens I know, but I wasn't even offered a refund, and I'm tired of calling about in inexpensive item only to be told "I'll look into it and call you back." I honestly would have thought the owner would have followed through.
