What should be the happiest time in life has turned into a nightmare rather than a dream. We can't believe the poor quality of the home and getting anything fixed is impossible. First Todd Set it up under the Main Powerlines and it had to be moved (before Christmas) at our Added Expense to redo the pad and reinspect the septic. Our home has leaked since purchase but gettingit fixed was impossible (took 15 months to replace exterior Door...our floors were ruined, ceiling stained not to mention the moldings are pressboard so it is all warped and water stained. ..they just don't care....I have to chase Kent now to see if they will make things right and fix the leaks and molding etc. The leaks were reported to Alma Homes 3 moths after getting settled into the home, it's been almost 2 years!!!
