Do you seem to have a problem with people being confrontational when you talk to them?
Why don't you just have the phone ring and then answer it and talk to the person when they call instead of this annoying robot voice telling me hours and going on and on before i even get to do anything it can take up to 15 min just to get past the menu its so annoying. Also its hard to believe that every time i call at any time of day you appreciate my patience and have a larger volume of calls than normal.
Why are you making me do work? This is not my job. I should not have to find my membership number and type it in just to talk to somebody what the heck? DO BETTER

Have had good experiences with AMA thus far until today. Went in to inquire about land insurance for some property my brothers and I inherited when my Mom died this year. Lady was rude and told me flatly that she couldn't do it and why am I taking so long to transfer the title. Her attitude was hurtful and unprofessional. If she only knew what I've been through this year. I understand if the company cannot do that type of insurance, but she could have been way more kind and polite instead of passing judgment on a situation she knew nothing about.

I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience at the Lethbridge drive test center. My road test was booked for 1:15 PM, and I arrived early at 1:00 PM, fully prepared and expecting a smooth process. To my shock, the instructor flat-out refused to conduct the test, claiming that I needed to be there 30 minutes before the appointment time. This makes absolutely no sense, especially when I was already ahead of schedule.

The most frustrating part was that the center was not busy at all. The instructor was literally sitting idle, yet she refused to accommodate my request. It wasn’t like they were overwhelmed or dealing with a rush of people. Instead of showing flexibility or providing a reasonable explanation, she enforced an arbitrary rule with no empathy or concern for customer service.

What kind of service are they providing when someone arrives early, prepared, and still gets turned away for a completely unnecessary reason? It felt like they were more interested in rigidly following nonsensical protocols than actually helping people.

This entire experience left me incredibly upset, and I will never recommend this location to anyone. If you’re hoping for a fair and professional experience, avoid this place. The staff clearly don’t care about their customers, and the service was downright unacceptable.

1 hour wait 20 people waiting 1 at counter.

Another day more disappointment. I went to take one of my cars off the road for winter and they couldn't help me on a Saturday because they have no staff? Why am I paying these ridiculous rates? Why pay extra for a service you can not provide? Sad. Time to find another insurance company.

Another day and another transaction at your Lethbridge ama. I hate to be complaining all the time but this is getting ridiculous. There was absolutely nobody in a lineup and it took me 10 minutes to get into the insurance department. My insurance was pretty much done in 5 to 10 minutes but I had to wait over 30 minutes for the person to write up a story as to why I declined home insurance he was writing a story about how my wife was coming over from British Columbia and that she didn't have her driver's abstract here yet and that when she does then we'll be talking about getting home insurance. So I asked him so I guess you get rated on what you sell and don't sell a? He said yes and continue to type mumbling the story out. So after 45 minutes to transfer my new plate to another vehicle, I get up and realize that there is a lineup almost out to the door for registry. I have to wait another half an hour to go see somebody about registering the vehicle. Everybody in the lineup was getting very frustrated and upset. You think with the prices that we paid there would be more staff nobody has a sense of urgency to help you.

I recently had a class 6 road test. I was very glad how it was passed and I want to share my experience with people who thinking about a road test.

The most problems of all tests is stress, but with Scott I didn't feel any worrying about exam. He is so understandable and polite that I felt my self so calm. He answered on all questions. We checked my bike. My test was like driving with my friend.

I think It was the best test which I even had in my life. Very big thanks for AMA and examinator Scott for getting such good experience)))))

This is the third time in a row I’ve come and had to wait 45 minutes plus for registry. I understand I can make appointments for this but my schedule changes from day to day. I need drop in. The line ups are always big and only ever 2 people on. I’ve used another registry a couple times and haven’t had this issue. But I have an AMA membership and would like to use it. The service when I get to the counter is always good it’s just the really long wait times.

Very inconsiderate driving instructor. Lori. I will never come here or recommend this place to anyone. Now I see why they have a lot of available spots for taking road tests as compared to other places in town.
