We had St. John Ambulance come to provide First Aid training for 2 days with a group of students in August and have yet to get any certificates. We have called and emailed many times and have had one missed call with a voicemail. There was no info given and just told us to call back. When we call, we always get a voicemail- very poor service. Our students needed this certification to work and are now unable to start their jobs. They are unable to get the certificates, so was a complete waste of their time as well.

Recently went to re-new my first aid and I couldn't be happier with the result. I got my first aid and had the pleasure of having by far the best first aid instructor I have ever met. Melissa was A1. Great attitude, she was excellent at teaching the whole class using scenarios that every one could relate too. She was certainly not a "textbook" teacher. Not sure she been doing this long but she sure knows her stuff. I would highly recommend this course to anyone. Hopefully you are as lucky me and have Melissa as your instructor.

The St. John Ambulance was doing better because the sitting desk was incorrectly positioned and The Adult CPR was very hard, First Aid, other CPR Lessons except Adult CPR and Workplace safety book was good. The SJ ACL was accomplished with Karen and St. John Ambulance At Parkway Mall.

Instructor was slightly unprofessional as personal beliefs of unrelated topics were mixed in with the training however, the actual training material was good and well delivered. Course was also covid adapted which was great.
