Love this store! They not only have the best choices but their customer service staff was very helpful. We went there Aug 5 12:57 pm and my hubby wanted to buy an AE jean short but it was not included in the discount choices. Our customer service staff (forgot his name) asked the manager and it was included. Thank you. Shops like yours are great to have because you really want your customers happy. We will surely be back 🙂

I love this brand and whenever I went to Tswassen mall, American eagle is the first place I go and shop. But tonight was the worst experience I have ever had. A tall girl was following me all the time I was browsing. She was as if I am trying to steal from the shop. I was very angry. That is not a nice behaviour with the customer. I felt very disappointed. I am so sorry for the weak management. They could use different security system to keep their items safe rather than following the loyal customer like me. Whenever I go I shop for more than 100 dollars. Very disappointing.

Great store with awesome variety on Tees, jackets, lowers, scarfs and jeans. One of the unique features of the store is great lighting. Every time I go to the store, I always end up find great deals. Most items exist within reasonable pricing.

I recently went to the store and I was treated poorly by the Aerie section. The girls who were attending (two white girls and a black hair girl) took a lot of time to assist my wife. The attitude was of someone who deeply doesn’t want to work here.
They wanted us to buy the clothes and my wife didn’t even have a chance to try them, when she requested to go to the fitting rooms the lady in the counter replied with a horrible attitude that she was going to cancel everything she had already done.

I barely know this store but this was enough to know this store doesn’t care about their customers.

I walked in at 18:23 and immediately was asked if I needed help. I politely said "No, just looking thanks." Picked up a pair of brown leggings, and again was approached "Do you want me to start a fitting room?" And again I say "No thanks, I know my size." And was approached AGAIN "Do you need help?" By this point I was a little annoyed as the same person client serviced me 3 times in 60 seconds. I had said firmly "No. Thank you. I am fine." To which the worked condescendingly said "Okay then. Fine. I'll be right *here* if you need me." I told her I don't know what I've done in the 60 seconds I've been in this store to make you think that I'm a thief, but you don't need to be client servicing me si hard, and making recovery statements to me." And she in the same tone said "okay. OKAY". I went to discuss with a manager to just say being accusingly approached 3 times in 60-75 seconds is wild and the attitude was unnecessary. The manager said that the girl working in Aerie has ADHD amd is "hyperactive" and that she just "approaches people a lot" and I said "uh okay? Still - 3 times in a minute is ridiculous, and the attitude towards me was unwarrented." It was such a wild, unnecessary experience and totally turned me off from shopping. All I wanted was new leggings lol
