This place renewed my faith in education. This school has a budget that supports the staff, the students, and by extension - the community. The teachers are more than qualified and the classrooms have the right amount of students. No overcrowding here. The staff is extensive in their qualifications and what they offer in their skill set. Everything from counselling to extra support in the classrooms to speech therapy to occupational therapy is offered to those who need it. They also have their students learning land-based education, indigenous art, and Cree. This is a K-12 school and everyone starts the day with a warm greeting and cheery staff to instruct the children throughout the day. As a staff member, I count myself lucky to have been hired. From a child's point of view, no one is left out, there is inclusion, belonging, caring, striving, and achieving. I am so fortunate to work here.
