I saw Amy for Hypnotherapy 6-8 times over a course of 2 months.
I initially had a hard time blocking out back of mind thoughts while in therapy but I learned to concentrate and relax and it helped immensely as Amy made me feel so relaxed and comfortable within her setting.
Amy’s Demeanour was so comforting I always felt I was in a safe space and this is vitally important.
Initially, thoughts on hypnosis and feeling like I just couldn’t get there was jaded. It takes time but it does work.
I have never felt better emotionally and find that I am not affected by triggers as much anymore.
Please note; I have seen in past many physiologists to aid in my past traumas to which I never felt long term results.
Hypnotherapy changed me in a way I can’t describe as it was subtle but long term results has benefited me immensely.
Those triggers that hit me emotionally don’t happen much anymore and if they do I can manage it now.
Most importantly; We are more than not so hard on ourselves and often so clouded by past to not see the good in ourselves anymore or a future without our past traumas but it is possible.
I can’t thank Amy enough as I sit here today and truly don’t feel past reflects my future.
