Took my a Toyota roof rack into the shop to get it installed thinking it would be done with professional quality. Upon pick up I noticed a stripped screw that wasn't tightened. After getting the shop to fix their mistake they left scratches on the roof from tools and didn’t even replace the bolt, just tightened it more. After getting it back again I found a different screw not tightened, to the point where it was sticking up and the washer could spin under it. I will not be returning any business to this dealership and would not recommend anyone.
