Attended my daughter's graduation here - last week. Everyone was very pleasant; I was quite happy, actually.
The graduation was first introduced by a drumming circle and traditional dancers. Which was then followed by the introduction of members of staff and community. The Chiefs of Chippewa and Onieda spoke and gave congratulations to all the grads. Each graduate was presented with their diploma and an extravagant gift bag. Once the graduates were presented and the ceremony was over, the luncheon was presented.
What an awesome lunch... complete with amazing pies and strawberry drinks.
I've never been to a grad that offered anything other than coffee and maybe a stale cookie - so this was a welcome change as I was quite hungry! There was also a photographer about taking quite a lot of shots throughout the room.
The washrooms were accessible and clean. There was also ample parking in the lot.
I'd be happy to return Anishinabek Education Center. Thank you for making my daughter's day an awesome one
