I would also like to take this opportunity to thank the business owner of “Anything But Shabby” and his team for the excellent job they did on our 6 dining chairs! The previous bonded leather was replaced by fabric. They were professionally done and look beautiful!
His teams workmanship is excellent. We were extremely delighted with the service and craftsmanship that “Anything But Shabby” has delivered!
They were super friendly and professional and we are pleased that the work was done in a short period of time for us!

Anything but Shabby restoration was AMAZING.
We brought our antique chair to be restored and Anything but Shabby team blew us away with the quality of their work and the attention to details. Our dog chewed BOTH corners of that chair. It had missing inlay, multiple chips, stains, The frame had faded to multiple shades over the course of many years. We wanted this chair to be restored and re-stained keeping the authentic look and dark brown/black frame! I was skeptical that it could even be restored. The results were stunning!
I will always bring my furniture here to be fixed or refinished. They did outstanding work. I could not have imagined a better outcome. Great work. Completely satisfied.

I got my kitchen chairs reupholstered here. Excellent friendly service. I bought the materials from Len’s Mills in Barrie and they did the labor at at very reasonable rate. I’m pleased with the quality of the craftsmanship.

I really love this place. Brian and his wife are huge talents able to do so many various types of art and designer crafting, furniture refinishing etc. Many of the items have been shown love and a creative touch or have been repurposed to perfection which is so so great! Their store is very quaint and a stroll through time. It's promising that you'll find something interesting. There's something for every budget. I can't wait till I can go back again.

Beyond excited for my 2 pieces being restored. Worth every penny. Excellent work. First time dealing with these wonderful folks, but it will not be my last! They also have unique nick nacks... got a wonderful planter that is shaped like an old man in a tree... just awesome, and a set of stars for the wall. They have so many one of a kind things in this treasure shop. Worth a stop in just to browse!!!! Love this shop. Thank you Brian and Joanne for your awesome work.

Brian and Joanne recovered our 6 dining room chairs and saved us from having to buy new ones. Bonded leather was replaced by a linen fabric and they look fabulous.
We were so impressed that we had Brian refinish an old wooden table that had a big burn mark on top. No trace of the burn mark and with painted base and dark walnut stained top it fits perfectly in our decor.
We heartily recommend "Anything but Shabby" for their workmanship and their excellent customer service.

I must say you don’t find the kind of wonderful hands on service that I have received from Anything But Shabby! The owners, Brian and Joanne did everything possible to ensure I was happy with the finished product. Something you don’t see anymore is house calls, I was having risers made for my bed and Brian came to my home to measure and take pictures to ensure it was done right then Brian came back to my home with the prototype just to make sure it was what I wanted. Once all risers were made Brian came back to my home yet again to install them for me. He took my mattress off my bed and even hung a picture above the bed for me. I would say that was definitely going above and beyond with customer service. I would recommend Anything But Shabby in a heartbeat to anyone, Brian and Joanne are one of a kind business owners!
