My 8 year old son started at Apex this year with coach Siamak- my son is in development with a local club, but I wanted him to experience different culture of Soccer. Since the moment we started working with APEX, it has been an extremely positive experience, my son’s confidence has grown immensely and he feels that he is now able to take more risks on the pitch. Siamak Is so positive with the players and teaches them how to be, not just a great team player, also works on their individual strengths and weaknesses, and encourage them to be a well-rounded respected member of the community. I can’t say enough good things about Apex Academy.

Highly Recommend - 10/10. My 9 year old son joined on due to a recommendation from a friend and I have to say, hands down this is my sons favorite day of the week. Coach Siamaks teaching style breads creativity, soccer intelligence, sportsmanship and makes sessions fun to the point kids are asking why its over so fast. Our older son is joining on now to for the upcoming fall season. If you're thinking about it, then I would say go, even for one session, and you'll see the value.

Between my two kids we have pretty much tried all of the academy programs from Vancouver to Langley. I have been so impressed with our experience at Apex. The head TD Siamak is so good with the kids. He brings great energy, player insight and most important to me, he builds player confidence. He encourages players to trust themselves and not be afraid to make mistakes as this is part of the player development. We are so glad a friend referred us to Apex!

Exceptional Experience at Apex Football Academy

I can't speak highly enough about Apex Football Academy! My son's journey with them has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment he joined, he's been thriving both on and off the field.

Apex training is top notch! Coach Siamak has created a community for the kids and the parents. Our training day is my son’s favorite day of the week, he would never willingly miss it. And, us parents look forward to it, too. Nearly our entire training class has joined a spring league together and now have a second day to look forward to. This sense of community is because of Coach Sia - he requires leadership, connection, communication, and role models his expectations fluently.

Beyond that, my son has experienced improvement so quickly with his training at Apex. Coach Sia has a great way of observing the children, assessing their strengths and opportunities and creating development plans to support them all while keeping things fun (and still working hard!). He embraces the uniqueness of each child and celebrates who they are. We appreciate that he views each kid as a whole person, not just a footballer, which we believe will help create outstanding adults regardless if they are pro footballers.

My son has benefitted greatly from what he has learned at Apex. Before he joined, he was receiving limited direction and opportunities for improvement with his soccer league, likely because his league is so large so the coach has limited time for each child. At Apex he has grown so much as a player and his confidence has really improved. He also has a lot of fun here and is always smiling during his training. I believe he has grown here considerably faster than if he went to another academy.

Apex Football Academy has been an incredible experience for my son. The skillset the children learn, amongst encouraging the passion and love for soccer is really great to see. My son has been able to apply all he has learned, to the game, and its helped him with his confidence and drive to want to learn and work hard. The transformation we have seen isn't just skillset. Siamak really encourages the kids to find their voice, to be leaders, and he fosters a totally safe space to facilitate that. We tried other academies and places that would help with my sons skills, but Apex offers a completely different vibe, with teaching the kids about hard work, while keeping the passion for the sport and of course having lots of fun!
