I want to leave a review about an employee who works here. I don’t know her name, but she is a woman with bright hair who often changes its color—sometimes pink, sometimes blue. She is the only one like that there.

There were two unpleasant interactions with her, both of which were accompanied by rudeness, unwillingness to help, and a dismissive attitude toward problems.

One time, my husband went there to ask what had happened to his driver’s license. A month had passed since it was supposed to arrive, but it never did. Instead of looking into the situation and trying to help figure out what went wrong, she didn’t even attempt to check the information or do anything about it. She just rudely dismissed him, saying, “That’s not our problem, just pay for a new driver’s license.”

But why should we pay if we never received it and someone else lost it?
Overall, the experience was terrible, and we received no help at all.

Went to take my road test. Ladies at front desk were kind and funny. I had Richard as my instructor. He was super kind and helped to ease my nerves. Gave very clear instructions and repeated things when necessary. I just barely passed the test. Richard did a great job at not only explaining in detail what I lost points on but also why/how those mistakes could negatively affect me in the future. Clearly cares about his job and students. Overall wonderful and helpful staff.

darrell was such an amazing instructor, i was nervous going into the test but once i got to driving everything was amazing. he helped me stay calm and focused with small conversations. i couldn’t have asked for a better instructor

I had the luxury of taking my Class 5 test with examiner 14456. His instructions were clear and not once did he make me feel nervous or uncomfortable. He gave me enough time to ask my questions before my test, and made sure I had no confusion going into my road test. He made sure to clearly explain where i got my points taken off and gave me advice for my driving in the future! Overall a 5 start experience including the staff behind the counter 🙂 Can’t recommend this place enough!

The best registry I've been to, the women at the front desk are very friendly, I had an instructor Richard, a very calm man, answered all my questions, explained everything after the test and even gave advice on how to improve my ride, I'm 100% satisfied, if you're looking for a good registry to pass the driving test go here)

I took my drivers test twice. the second time was with darrel, who was amazing. He’s able to make you feel comfortable and safe before the test starts, which definitely helps a lot with the nerves. he was over all just very kind, focused and efficient. it was a pleasure taking my test with him as the instructor. I definitely recommend asking for darrel if you plan on taking your road test!
