My daughter went here for grade 10-12. She Graduated!!! I am not sure where she would be if this option of online schooling was not available. The support she received and the option of going in, was what she needed. It's been a few years now, and she went on to study her Paramedic at NAIT and St Albert. She is now a full on paramedic now for the last 6 months.
We are so fortunate that she was able to do online schooling. The teachers available for support were amazing. I have nothing but good things to say about Argyll. THANK-YOU!!!

Returned my textbook in April and still havnt received my deposit back, I called early September and they told me I would receive it in 2 weeks. Fast forward a month and when I called they told me they were sent out Oct 22 and when I asked them why it took so long the lady on the phone was rude and said we’re busy. I then said it shouldn’t take 5 months to get a deposit back and that telling people it would be 2 weeks is very unprofessional she than proceeded to say “ your getting your money back, bye” and hung up the phone. Very defensive and rude for no reason at all.

I'm happy to leave a 5-star review for Argylle Centre Online School. My son attended this school during his grade 10 year, and I've seen a remarkable improvement in his academic achievement. The school provided him with all the necessary resources and support, which undoubtedly contributed to his success. I'm grateful for the dedication of the teachers and staff at Argylle Centre Online School, and I highly recommend it to any parent looking for an excellent online education option for their child.

most of the teachers in the school do not answer questions, and if you do get an answer from them, they’ll most likely say to go back and look at the assignment. Because somehow that answers the question that anyone has. Not just that, but a few of the teachers mostly the English teachers, have a big attitude. I’d say the only respectable few people in the school would be Mr. kenny gee, the principal Thomas, michele kelly, jamie eisenkrein, and Stephanie savage. they are the few people that answer your questions, and allow u to have the opportunity to succeed in school. Not only that but this school does not answer phone calls even when they are open. If you want your kid to do well in school, this isnt the place at all.

Terrible school it took me forever to get finally in my courses. The teachers are not helpful at all. You can message them all you want but it will take weeks for them the reply even if it's important. I can't believe what a terrible school this is. And for the people saying their is not much school work you are wrong im in grade 11 and I have 5 essays that are due each week . I have been so stressed and all they tell me is that a you problem you need to get all your work done. I'm sorry what

My daughter does online grade 10 at Argyll Asynchronous and this will be her second year doing online because she has seen an improvement in her grades since leaving in person school. Most of all the teachers are helpful and reach out as soon as there are assignments missing. Also they usually post enough videos to explain what needs to be learnt. The only downside(if you can even call it a downside) is that I found there to be more parental involvement needed to keep an eye on the overall process.

Coming from homeschooling into public school, Caraway has been a great choice for us. It requires a bit of parent dedication to helping out in the class and in other ways, but that's a highlight for me. Teachers are committed to teaching with passion and modelling life well for the kids. I love that kids don't have to sit in desks all day and get to learn with engagement through projects, play, and real participation in their education. They're seen as individuals with varying strengths and needs. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a healthy alternative to the "normal" school model and have some time to partner with your kids in their education.

My kids have attended the Caraway program out of Argyll Centre for the past 4+ years. We love the focus on community and social-emotional skills. The teachers are incredible and the whole community comes together to support each child where they are at and help them foster their individual interests. It's a rare school within the public system that allows for amazing project-based learning and for parents to be hands-on and really get to know the other children and their families. We particularly love the fun units like potion shop and entrepreneurship where they get to create and run their own businesses!
