Poor Service After Installation – Would Not Recommend

A.S. Security installed a camera system at my property about 7 years ago. While the installation itself went smoothly, the support since then has been extremely disappointing. Over the years, I’ve reached out to them three separate times regarding different technical issues with the system. Each time, I left messages and followed up — and each time, I received no response whatsoever.

Most recently, I called them again just last week hoping to finally get some help. Once again: nothing. No return call, no email, no technician — just complete silence.

It’s clear that A.S. Security is only interested in the initial sale and installation. After that, you’re completely on your own. If anything goes wrong with the system (which it eventually will), don’t expect support, service, or even basic communication.

Reading all the glowing five-star reviews here makes me question their legitimacy, because my experience has been anything but positive.

Bottom line: If you're looking for a security company that offers reliable, ongoing support, I would not recommend A.S. Security.

Amazing night vision and professionally installed so no wires to cut. Highly recommend this company. . 5 yrs and haven't had to clean lenses . Great support when I first got it

We recently contacted A.S. Security & Surveillance to replace the outdated and low-tech camera security system at my husband's auto repair shop. Tony returned to the shop within a few days to make sure we were satisfied with camera angles, night vision and image quality, and to address any additional questions that may have arisen. We were treated like family by everyone at A.S. Security & Surveillance and if you want up-to-date and high quality equipment installation at your home or business in the context of friendly and professional customer care, A.S. He only recommended the number of cameras that were necessary even though we thought we needed more. The guys did a great job the day of the installation and Tony set us up so we can access our cameras from our iPhones. The follow up service from Tony has been excellent.
