I took a short drive from Red Deer to Settler AB, and came across the dealership at Aspen Ford.
I was very impressed with John Bruce and his no pressure approach in showing me some Vehicles that I came across while touring the lot.

My wife and I eventually bought a 2015 Ford Mustang convertible for our future trips to Mesa, AZ.
John was great to deal with.

The car was missing a tire jack and fill kit which I reported after purchasing a week later .

John went to work and found brand new replacement parts with in a few short weeks at no cost to us and dropped them off at our house in Red Deer AB.

John kept his word to us, which is very appreciative.

The Dealership was great to deal with and I highly recommend Aspen Ford for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

I like to do alot of research before buying to get the best price for my purchase. I also look at a variety of manufacturers and the mechanical engineering behind their builds and history of reliability. In this purchase for a new truck I decided to go with an 2024 f150.

I communicated to a number of Ford dealers, Capital Ford, Sherwood Ford, Waterloo Ford, Freedom Ford, Go Team Ford and finally Aspen Ford. These were the dealers that offered the best purchased prices in Western Canada. However I was disappointed with Aspen Ford as they were significantly lower for what they offered in terms of my trade value.

To summarize I would recommend if you are looking to purchase while having a trade, to look to other dealerships as you will get better value for your trade elsewhere. Always get the most for your hard earned money!

Very impressed with the service at Aspen Ford Sales Ltd yesterday. They were closed but John Bruce told me to come in anyways and changed out the battery in my key fob. My inside door handle broke on my Ford Fusion, no resistance behind the handle it was obvious where it was broken so while it was supposed to be getting the heater fixed I asked them to fix the door handle too. They knew they never had the part to fix the door handle but they took the door skin off, confirmed it was broken, put the door skin back on and charged me $155+shop supplies for diagnosing it. Then couldn’t fix the heater either because they didn’t have the part so all I got was a bill for $380 to tell me my door handle was still broken, and the heater was as well.

I almost didn’t go there because the one other time I tried to they had a nice truck listed with a good price but when we went to look at it the salesman laughed and said the truck was a ‘unicorn’ and he could have sold it 5 times since they posted it and it had been sold for days. I replied that it was still listed on Kijiji and he said ‘oh well have to take that down’ but it stayed listed for weeks after. They list one great deal so people come in but then tell people that vehicle is no longer available and try and sell them something else.
