I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this hospital and the staff. For the most part I am in and out as fast as possible and the staff seem to genuinly care. I suffered in Ontario for years with chronic issues and feel like I did not receive the care and education about my conditions like I have here. I got to the point where i would just suffer through my symptons instead of seeking help. Because of that, my problems have worsened. But I am now hopeful that the specialist they are sending me to will finally alleviate my issues. Thank you for restoring my hope in the medical community, Dr Kirvan and staff!

The doctor and reception staff are very kind and professional to deal with they addressed all my neices needs and sent referrals promptly despite having computer issues the day of our appointment. Love this clinic will definitely see them again. You all rock!

What a joke this place is! I went in to see a doctor because I was extremely sick and the wouldn't take me.they said they were fully booked even though there was nobody in the waiting room and no cars in the parking lot.if I could I'd give it -5 stars.

Totally rip off people. When i called to book appointment, i was not told for any fees and when i get there receptionist Asking for $150 for just signing on a COPAT form. Its just Ridiculous. Never going there back again.

This clinic is an absolute joke! They are not accommodating at all to your needs, the reception staff are extremely unhelpful. Don’t waste your time here, go to Grimshaw
