Won't direct bill benefit companies yet charge you $400 for an emergency necessity. So even if you have benefits you still need to pay in full.

Staff behavior was worst, they were laughing on and chitchatting to each other instead of helping me. not at all helpful and very rude. Did not even resolved my concern and started repeating the same thing over and over... very dissatisfied
