The folks at the association are amazing! They are kind, patient, and most of all -Solution Focused! If you have an issue they do not make you feel dumb for not knowing something, they try to find how they can be of help to you, and they have a positive attitude the entire time. It is always a pleasure talking to these wonderful people!

This office has run my ad from my realtor so incompetently. They have -
Taken over a week to initially list
changed listing location
-somehow inputting the wrong postal code
-changing data input forms without notifying the Greater Vancouver Board and or not providing them online
-changing amount of permitted photos no notifications
-not writing in room sizes
-no one I can call directly to tear a strip off them lol
This market is slow enough without having to worry if your listing has been done correctly. like seriously.
In the lower Mainland realtors send docs over and the listing is up in a few hours. Then they upload their own photos, write ups and make changes themselves. The process through the interior board is archaic to say the least
