AthElite Lab has been an incredible place for my son’s athletic development. The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and push him to improve while keeping the sessions engaging and fun. Since joining, his speed, strength, and confidence have noticeably improved, and he looks forward to every session. The training is structured but not rigid, allowing him to develop skills in a positive, high-energy environment. So happy I found this place!!! Training is amazing!!! Very quick pace, and good variety of drills, performanced at a high level.. Santiago is a great coach , extremely knowledgeable. Natalia have been good to deal with, as well.

Athelite Lab in Milton is hands down one of the best places for high-performance soccer training in the GTA! Their technical clinics are top-notch, offering a unique and highly specialized approach that you won’t find anywhere else. Our family has been with them since 2020, starting with our son and now with our youngest daughter. Juan and Santiago are passionate, knowledgeable, and truly invested in each athlete’s development. If you’re serious about soccer, Athelite Lab is the place to be!

Great facility. This is a soccer facility but I used this place to train my daughters softball team. Way better then using a local gym because of the turf and space. It also has a full gym. Owners are great and very accommodating.

My son has only had 2 training sessions so far, and I have to say we are thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the trainers. Great facility and atmosphere. Looking forward to many more sessions!

Excellent sport specific training facility. Staff are highly qualified and implement leading training and fitness programs to raise the level of athletes. So happy my kids have an opportunity to train here
