Cashier, Hashir, was very rude and totally ignored us. He was very friendly to white guys in front of us, but changed his face right away when he saw us and never talked anything. The other staff was very friendly and asked if we need anything.

Lucas, the store clerk, should improve his customer service skills. Very unprofessional to not say a single word to a customer from the time of entering to purchasing an item and leaving the store.

Stumble upon this store after visiting the North Face Shop about 2 stalls away.

Staff here are really helpful and gave value able advise to my partner who needed a pair of hiking shoes. Prices are great too, not very highly marked unlike the other above mentioned stall.

Headed into the store just now as there were signs of good deals, and was very appreciative of the staff for the good reccos. While there were reviews below saying the staff were not attentive, I disagree and say that that allowed me to browse & figure out what was available, then approach them when my husband & I had queries.

We had a male staff assist us, who went out of way to show us the ski jackets, outer shells for both men & women, and even advised how what we originally had may work but pointed out as well what we might need to look out for. He even asked another staff for advice and provided tailored reccos, esp after understanding we also had budget constraints.

Left the shop happy as I got a HH ski jacket that was comfortable and met my needs at a good steal. Thank you ! 🙂

They did not tell us that the bear spray was a final sale item and did not make us sign a waiver when we bought it. We did not use it (it was not even unwrapped), and we came to return it. When we did, they gave us a lot of attitude. Although the manager did not say it directly, he made it clear from his comments that he thinks we took it on a hike while it was still in its plastic wrapping and then came back to return it. It is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional to not have us sign the waiver and to not tell us that it is a final sale item and then try to refuse the return and being incredibly rude about it. It is one thing if they simply wanted to enforce their final sale policy, but to act rude and to insinuate that the customer is lying should have no place at a national store such as this, especially from the store manager.

Came in to the store and immediately felt being watched by this one sales person. Every time I look up she’s (blond hair lady) staring at me and instantly looked away. Never acknowledged me or said hello. But greeted every other whites person around me. Made me felt very unwelcomed.
Another staff member (guy with brown hair) came and greeted me - much better.
