AT Safety Training went above and beyond for us. We previously had booked a babysitters course with St. John's Ambulance and two Saturdays in a row our instructor didn't show up. On a whim I called ATS and told them our situation.(This was on a Saturday) They got back to me within 20 minutes and had us set up to start the course immediately. Thank you so much for your wonderful customer service! I highly recommend this company and it's wonderful supportive staff!

While the courses themselves are solid, I’m disappointed with a serious privacy issue. There’s an individual on staff who has shared personal information about clients’ course schedules and attendance with others outside the organization. If you’re reading this, you know who you are—and you should be ashamed of breaching clients' trust. Respecting privacy is fundamental, and I expected far better from AT Safety.

Called to book into the blended first aid course. They were suppose to send a link to the course I didn't reciece the link until 24 hours after purchase. After they admitted the person they had working the Saturday didn't know how to do it, I missed the deadline for my job. I called to ask for them to refund me the 157 dollars and it has been nothing but a nightmare. This gas been nothing but a waste of time and money. They have zero accountability. Save your money and go through your union these guys are no help at all
