Auley is the Whistler realtor who surprised me. I didn’t realize how valuable it was to have someone who spent years doing property assessments for BC Assessment. We would roll up to a property that I was interested in and immediately she was pointing out things with the roof, the age of the siding, the number of years before a group of trees would kill the view, etc. I was simply blown away by her knowledge and her ability to find value. I even told her she should start a YouTube channel where she guesses the price something will sell for because she’s bang on every time.

And then there was her personality. A true Whistler local mother of two, with a competitive spirit and a “do good for the community” perspective.
