I tried going to two different people who work- no, VOLENTEER here. Neither were licensed therapists, that could not have been more clear. They were both blatantly inexperienced and gave the impression that they didn't know how to help me.

One of them just asked me if there was anything specific I wanted to talk about at the beginning of each session, which may sound fine at face value, but it was actually pretty terrible considering I was holding on to a LOT of baggage and this was only a four month program (I would stop seeing her after that) and I was only seeing her once every two weeks.
The other one of them thought Pitch Perfect was a "great musical," talked about the "tiger inside me," talked to me in a baby voice like I were an infant, and was around 70 just starting out with this career (still in school for it).

I don't have a whole lot of great things to say about them. They're a complete joke.

I've used services here a few times over the years, including once when I was in a crisis situation. I've met a few of the counsellors and they are always patient, kind, and professional. They have helped me through some really difficult times, and I cannot recommend this place enough.
