If you are looking for a great community for your child to learn skills like respect, confidence, and how to break a board with a mean kick, look no further! My child is always looking forward to her next class and I am constantly impressed with the attention that every child in the class receives. Master Farah knows how to best communicate with the kids to get them out of their shell and face any intimidation that learning a sport like taekwondo brings to the table. I will definitely be telling my friends about Authentic Taekwondo!

my son and I enrolled and we both loves it. Great Master instructors great atmosphere. I can see how much the instructors love teaching and their jobs. They are very attentive, disciplined . I cannot recommend Authentic Taekwondo enough! My son has been attending this school for over two years now and his transformation has been nothing short of amazing. Master Farah as well as all other instructors are not only highly skilled in teaching the Marshal Arts Curriculum but are incredibly patient, kind, and dedicated to nurturing each and every students reach their potential and become their very best.

From the very first class, it was clear that this Taekwondo school is more than just teaching techniques of kicking and punching—it’s about helping students build strong characters, be confident, and learn important life skills. My child has gained so much resilience and strength, both physically and mentally. At the same time, the discipline and focus he continues to develop through practicing in such a supportive environment have been translating into other areas of his life, including at school and home.

What I love most about Authentic is how inclusive and encouraging the atmosphere is. The instructors take the time to get to know each child individually, celebrating their progress no matter how big or small. It’s been so heartwarming to see my child’s self-confidence grow as they learn new skills and achieve milestones.

The best training center in Toronto! Since I attended to Authentic Taekwondo I feel happier and stronger. The Masters and Instructors and also students are amazing they are thoughtful, humble, patient and kind. I absolutely loved training Kick boxing and Taekwondo in this amazing academy.
I highly recommend this place specially for people wants to lose weight and who are injured and think their world is over, the amazing masters will help you to take back your health and strength.

Authentic Taekwondo is fabulous. My kids have been attending for two years now. Master Farah has fostered a remarkable environment of joyful discipline and encouragement, which children and youth respond to and I have seen firsthand how this has helped my boys to begin to develop the quality of striving for excellence.

This environment also extends to adults! I've joined the teen/adult class myself, as a very out of shape and middle aged adult, and have felt nothing but encouragement from all participants and leaders
