Jacked the rent over 400 dollars in a year sub par landlord ship garbage from contractors all over the place. Didn't turn the heat on last year till it was -16 as if running a boiler system is hurting there 64000$ a month profit from our complex alone. Wouldn't recommend living in these building lure you in with cheap rent and Jack it up then had rodent issues all summer along with countless other issues and ignored

I am living in Southwind village Building A. We are complaining regarding our electric stove, washroom door lock is not working, windows broken, main door lock is not working since last two weeks and it has not fixed yet. I had been in there office 4/5 times regarding this issue and even i called couple times in avenue living but nothing has been fixed yet and I am very disappointed with these guys. I will not gonna be recommend to anyone just because of worst service that I have ever seen in my life.

Hi live in Southwind appartement building A and I just wanted to add up a name in the new lease and I visited their office for 3 times , I also tried to do it on call but still I didn’t get the solution. It’s been 2 months now. Secondly I complained about kitchens exhaust fan like it’s not taking out the smoke the gay came and checked and his wording was it don’t take smoke out its just for circulate the air. Then what does exhaust means?
I won’t recommend this place to any one.
Please stay away from them!

The customer service over the phone are top notch. So far, the best you can get, 24/7 and no Holliday's off, very well educated people's and very helpful.

I followed the procedures, filled the application form and then I've asked to wait couple days for a return.

I've being waiting for 4 weeks a feedback about my application. Reason why I didn't apply for another apartment. Today, after I call, finally I got a feedback answer saying that my application has being denied but there's no reason on the file.

I understand there's no obligation to make business with everyone but, at least, multual respect. I value their time and I expected the same.

I think my experience doesn't reflect the entire company business and I wish you have a better luck than I.🤞

They offer worse to worst services, we have been dealing with induction issues for decades & nobody even visit for once to repair it.

For the love of everything good, stay away from these criminals. They will never fix anything, they will extort your money, higher rent 100% next ( twice the rent).The Alberta court is their lap dog , works for them and never mentions your side of an argument in ruling. They always win courts.They treat you as a lesser than an animal, destroy your pissesions , illegally enter your appartment whenever they want and kick you out on the street with the court Order. They are criminals , covered by the criminal Court of Alberta.

My three-year tenure with Avenue Living has unfortunately been riddled with frustrations and disappointments. From the onset, our building manager's lack of responsiveness stood out as a significant issue. Heating problems persisted throughout our stay, despite repeated complaints that never seemed to be adequately addressed.

One of the most frustrating aspects was the handling of our security deposit. Upon moving out, we were informed of damages that were attributed to "wear and tear," a concept that seems unfairly applied after three years of normal residency. It's disheartening to realize that returning the apartment in its original condition was practically impossible under such circumstances.

Another issue arose when I referred a friend to Avenue Living, anticipating the referral credit promised by the leasing agent. To my dismay, when I followed up on this, I was informed that the agent who made the promise had left, and without a comment in the records, no credit could be granted. This experience highlights the importance of keeping detailed records for every transaction, especially referrals, to avoid such discrepancies.

Furthermore, the parking situation was far from ideal, with persistent ice deposits that made maneuvering my vehicle a daily challenge. On several occasions, my car actually got stuck due to these conditions, which added unnecessary stress to my daily routine.

In conclusion, my time with Avenue Living has been marked by ongoing issues that significantly detracted from my overall living experience. I would caution future tenants to document everything meticulously and manage expectations accordingly. For me, unfortunately, this has not been a positive chapter in my rental history.

I had some troubles communicating with the sales rep on a consistent basis, however was lucky enough to have Jennifer (Avenue Living Lloydminster manager) and the building manager (who's name I unfortunately forget) of our new apartment who were absolute gems. They assisted in allowing us to get in quickly and move on our original planned date despite me not having been told all the information needed beforehand. Extremely patient and helpful, it was a much less stressful experience than it could have been; and I cannot thank them enough for that <3
