Our experience with AV Tech was excellent. Our water heater was toast, they were fast, efficient, friendly & also serviced our furnace at the same time, with the water heater out, as it’s a cramped space. I highly recommend them! Also the invoice was about what we expected to pay, no surprise’s. 5 stars!

I service my furnace every 1-2 years with AV Tech as preventative maintenance; The last time they were here they made note in my file of a part that was nearing the end of its life.

This weekend, when my furnace started screaming I called the next day and they fit me in before closing!

The Tech Percy actually remembered me, came with the necessary part, mentioned rebate programs and was quick during the install.

Overall I am very grateful to AV Tech for making me a priority!

Update - Followup call to run additional wires & upgrade my thermostat through the grant available. Percy was on time, efficient and friendly. Thanks again!

Great customer service all round. Nikki is ever so gracious and tries to fit me in when ever I have an urgent need. Percy and colleague know the job and I had nothing to worry about.
