Dinters Nursery a une sélection incroyable, mais ce qui est encore plus important, c'est le meilleur service client. Ils m'aident multiple fois sur site, mais aussi par téléphone et par courriel. Ils ont même commandé des plantes spécifiques que j'avais cherchées. Je suis très reconnaissant d'avoir cette source de connaissances et de fourniture de plantes dans la vallée

Dinters Nursery has an amazing selection but more importantly the best customer service. They’ve assisted me multiple times on site, but also via email and phone. They’ve even ordered in particular plants I’ve wanted. Very grateful to have this source of knowledge and plant supply in the valley!

I'd been going here since I moved to Cobble Hill - great place and lots of selection; however, yesterday soured my opinion. In attempting to find out if they would be getting more of a specific plant. I was given an education in regard to what the people in the store vs outside know. If someone outside is busy and I go in the store - a question for the staff would be reasonable. I was met with passive aggression from the manager. That may just be her personality - I'm a "how did that make me feel" person. I'm a customer, I don't know who knows what. I did manage to get a response from a wonderful woman outside; that said, I'm feeling I might want to look and see what other options are out there. 🙁

Bought a beautiful willow tree for $189. Brought it home and planted it in some new soil and watered it faithfully and now it’s Dying. And I have no way of contacting dentists to find out whether or not they will reimburse it or whether or not I can save

My wife and I always leave satisfied from here.
Please know in advance you are paying a premium for most things.
That being said they have a great return policy and the staff are quite knowledgeable.
