Ballad is a good 6 month work prep. Program that helps you with your resume skills and interview skills and I can't forget the staff the staff are wonderful and very helpful for the things you need to succeed in finding employment and in life, thank you Melissa B. Michelle, Dave, Melissa G. Jackie, and Cara for everything you have helped me with over the past 6 months I greatly appreciate it take care and ill see you guys later.

I have only been here a week but I can say first hand that this company is amazing. It is amazing because of the group of people they have working here. They have a single unifying goal. To help you get whatever training and tools you need to be successful at your level. I have been on disability for years, and these people are helping me to hopefully find some form of part time work that will fit me and my issues. I am only trying to find part time but that is the beautiful thing about this place they help me and turn around and help the next guy who has never worked and needs help finding his place in this world. Then they help the guy who has done the same thing for 20 years but just need to get his tickets and a little earned cash to be able to get his dream job. It doesn't matter where you are in life. Nor does it matter what you need or your ability level so long as you want to work and are able at some level to do so, they will assist you. I can't wait to see what's next. Thanks Ballad Team
