As a property manager, I have had the pleasure of working with Cory and Tomos from Banff Fire and Safety. Their service has been nothing short of exceptional. They provide reliable and sound guidance on all fire and safety matters. Recently, one of my properties faced an issue with a warranty fire safety device, and Cory and Tomos went above and beyond to assist us. They provided thorough guidance, met us on-site, and resolved the issue without any additional charges, even though it was outside their typical scope of work. Their dedication and professionalism are truly commendable.

I also want to highlight Jessica in the office, who has been amazing in coordinating and supporting our needs. Her service is always prompt and efficient, making our experience with Banff Fire and Safety consistently excellent.

We have had the pleasure of utilizing the services of Banff Fire and Safety on both a monthly and annual basis.

Banff Fire and Safety has knowledgeable and friendly staff. Taylor comes to our office and shop location and ensures we are stocked on all our First Aid Kits as well as our emergency lighting and extinguishers are up to code and functioning. We have many extinguishers both in our buildings and in our fleet units, and they have always kept on top of them all.

Banff Fire and Safety always makes the time, even on short notice to ensure we are taken care of and safe. If we have an issue with any of our equipment a simple call and they will send out a technician our way to take care of it.
