We hired Barrett to totally renovate my ensuite bathroom from tub to walk in shower. He was always available by text for any questions. The sub-trades he uses are excellent. Tile work by Viktor is amazing! His own crew (especially Mark) were a joy to work with and always left the area spotless at the end of the day. There were a few delays but always kept informed. The bathroom turned out exactly as I hoped, feels like a mini spa:)

Barrett Smith and his team recently built a wheelchair accessible cottage on our property. He and his team handled the entire project from start to finish. This included CAD drafting of our building plans, site excavation of the hillside (to enable the cottage to be tucked away in the woods), and finally the construction and completion of the cottage. He has a first rate personable team and we were very pleased with their skills and their interactions with us. He was especially helpful when we encountered long delays on receiving product from suppliers. We had high expectations and are thoroughly delighted with the final results. Barrett and his crew built an age-in-place house for us that we designed without the aid of an architect. With his experience and engineering contacts the build went off without any serious difficulties. He is easy to get along with and very inclusive - since we were living within 100m of the build, we were on site several times a day. He and his crew put up with our presence and answered all the questions we had. We learned a lot!! We built with 'Integrated Concrete Forms' (ICF) which made the build go quickly. With R25 walls and R40 ceiling, and a heat pump. the house is very comfortable.
