Unfortunately for both the business and us, the customer, we purchased windows for bedrooms, nice Geldwyn windows, but the inspector would not pass the new construction as the windows did not meet egress. We had some conversations about it back and forth, when Geldwyn was called they changed their webpage and removed the language that said they would meet egress. At the end of the day the business did not want to replace them and we decided that if we had to buy new windows after just buying new windows, we would have to take our business elsewhere. Which is what we did. We had to go somewhere else and buy new windows to replace the new windows.
Unfortunately you lost a repeat customer. It is what it is.
