Top notch service, Nathan came out the same day and fixed our old heater that heats our well room. The man worked a miracle since that heater looks worse for wear. From the nice friendly reception lady to Nathan that got the heat going again, we truly appreciate such good service. I highly recommend this place.

Would not recommend. Called at 9:30 am about my non-working furnace and was told someone would be stopping in that afternoon to look at it. They never showed up and never called to tell me so. An hour before their closing time I tried calling the office to have calls go to voicemail. Left message and never got call back. Next morning I called again and was told they would look into it and call me back. Again nothing. Can't comment on workmanship as no work was actually performed.

Update: they finally did call back. 4 hrs after I called them in the morning. Had already found someone else to do the work.

We just moved to this area so I did not have any idea of who to call for our AC installation. I called Barrhead Plumbing & Heating and spoke to Rhonda. She was extremely pleasant to deal with and super helpful. She told me they would be out on a Friday and sure enough a young man by the name of Nathan showed up. He too was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and a true problem solver. I cannot say enough about the experience and will certainly call them for future needs. Thank you 🙂

I had to get my forced air wood furnace rewired since the original installer wired it wrong. They sent a lad over within a week of my call. He did some troubleshooting and rewired the whole system within a few hours and now it's working great. He was personable and professional. Even tho he didn't have much experience with this system, not many people do with this set up, he seemed to have a good understanding of the mechanics behind it. Not the cheapest place but reasonable and reliable so no complaints there. I would do business with them again.

My furnace stopped working the fan kept running and blowing cold air. I tried a few things myself to see if I could fix it but when that didn’t work I called them. Right from the beginning they were eager to help me. I explained and they said they could fit me in the next day. And they did. Daniel called and asked some questions and then headed over. He was polite, professional, answered any questions I had, and got the job done in a quick & reliable matter.
