This location was clean before but I don’t know why this time it unfortunately so smelly and not clean. People are always nice and helpful but I hope the place can be clean. Other thing is I hope all parents come here pls get yourself clean for all the kids.

The centre itself is always clean and there are so many different areas for the kiddos to play. The staff are incredible and really try to connect with the families there, providing resources when needed and even just for a little chat. They have toys, sensory stations, books, and activities like painting and drawing. I really appreciate how careful the staff are with regards to the mask mandate. I know it's not the most comfortable for us adults but it makes me feel so much more comfortable knowing we are collectively doing what we can to keep our little ones safe.
If you've never been here before, it's important to note that they run a specific programs on Wednesday mornings for babies 12 and under. Otherwise, you can drop in with the little ones!

No walk-ins for kids is a pathetic policy. I was told my 2-year-old wasn’t able to play because he was too old. Embarrassing. Not to mention the sporadic hours of operation. Many other more reliable places to take your children. Do not waste your time.

The Early On Centre was recommended to me. Recovering from postpartum anxiety, it took some motivation to get out with my baby. I signed up for an account, registered for a time, found a ride, dressed myself and my baby only to discover upon arrival there is a mask mandate! ? The sight of masks filled me with flash backs of medical trauma from my preemie’s 4 month NICU stay. I felt shaken and nauseous. I felt embarrassed and had to awkwardly leave. I went home defeated.

The Early On Centre isn’t an inclusive space, but a play centre that caters to a certain crowd. Clearly providing masking information on the website would have saved me time and energy. It would have saved both me and the worker an awkward exchange. It would have saved me flashbacks of medical trauma. Masking is very triggering for so many people for so many reasons. It is 2024. Mask mandates should always be disclosed ahead of time and it should never be assumed everyone is comfortable with masking or can wear a mask.

This place is awesome. My 1 year old loves it and even when he was too young to really "play" we took him and he loved just seeing what was going on. Both my parents have taken him and had fun too and my wife was a regular with him on her maternity leave. The staff are awesome, free parking and they do a great job interacting with the kids. He loved the musical circle time too

the early on programs are amazing! it's extremely clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and it's a warm and supportive environment. i came here constantly during my mat leave!

I really like this place and so does my son, I just wish they had the paint in a separate room and didn’t have those small squishy balls in the box. My son is 15 months old and eats both, I have to be watching him like a hawk the whole time which just becomes exhausting and upsets him because I have to keep telling him “no”. Aside from that, it’s a very nice and clean please and the staff is super friendly!

My daughter started with enjoying the mirrors in the featured room for young babies. She learned dancing and songs that I am not good at teaching. Actually, I am also learning English and baby teaching from the staff and other parents here. I hope we have found this place earlier.
