The receptionists were always pretty nice with me. I didn't have trouble booking appointments either. However, the dr I saw did bring some bias into his work - something along the lines of the birth control pill being unethical to the unborn child.. yeah wasn’t too impressed either! He prescribed after I continued to reason why I wanted the pill, but that shouldn’t have had to even be the case in the first place. Also, pay attention to what med combos are being prescribed. A risky combo was given to me and I wasn’t warned of the effects.

Booked an appointment with Dr. Wakar and had a terrible experience. She was rude and refused to sign off on my insurance papers. She clearly doesn't know what her job all entails. Booked again and got Dr. Salmon and she helped me no problem and was very professional.

Doctors have all been nice but the front desk staff is typically not very pleasant when you call.

Have to edit this review because we recently had a walk in appointment with Dr. Hall(?) and he sent us for an xray, then called to follow up, I missed the call, called back within 10 minutes and never heard back. It escalated to the point that I had to take my son to the ER, all of which could have been avoided had the doctor done the proper follow up. Front desk staff was helpful and kind getting us in and passing along the info to follow up, but negligence doesn’t sit well with me.

Took my 12 year old daughter here for a suspected UTI… the male doctor whom we have never met asked to look at her vagina ! We declined…. He then got a urine which is the usual… he then asked AGAIN to look at her vagina. Needless to say my daughter and I were extremely uncomfortable and will NEVER be going here again!

We can't say enough great things about Dr. Chan. He's been incredible to our family this past year and worth the drive from Red Deer. His accessibility, compassion, general approach and follow up is something my wife and I have never experienced in any health care environment.

Worse clinic in ponoka the doctor's are good in the receptionist are useless in rude! Answer the damn phone calls are get a different receptionist! 🤨

It can be hard at times to get ahold of over the phone. Going into the office is better. Super busy. But the ladies are always nice and accommodating. Dr dreise is wonderful my kids love her.

I've had a great experience with everyone at the clinic from front staff, nurses, and different doctors. I had my prenatal care here and everyone was wonderful and made me feel very well taken care of and safe.
I've also made use of the "walk in" clinic that is now a "phone in" and have loved it. Very convenient to be able to get a phone call with a doctor that day and if I've needed to come in for treatment they've been able to get me in that day or book me in the next couple of days.
Front end staff have always been welcoming and waiting room is nicely laid out.
