I had an outstanding experience with Bayan Driving Academy. Instructor Jagar was incredibly patient, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained all the rules clearly, using printed pictures and toy cars to help visualise concepts, which made learning both easy and enjoyable.

Helpful advice:

I highly recommend that students take a mock test with Jagar a day before the actual driving test. This helps in understanding the test format and getting a feel for the real exam.

I suggest using his car for the test due to familiarity, along with a one-hour warm-up session beforehand—it really helps to calm nerves and reduce anxiety.

Jagar is an exceptional instructor. I started with him only 2 weeks before taking the road test for the first time. I had very little knowledge in the beginning and lots of built up bad habits. Jagar was the best teacher I met to learn driving. I took 10-12 lessons back in Montreal(and failed the exam)but none of them pointed me to my wrong positions of hand over the wheels which were kind of causing me to make inconsistent and poor right and left turns. Had also tried couple of classes here in BC before I started Bayan driving school no one told me that.. Jagar pointed this out and taught me hand over hand in the very first lesson. He always tried to explain concepts on his ipad with examples. He pointed out my mistakes and always explained even tiniest “why” questions in great detail in relation to the exam. Lastly he wants his students to be great and safe driver irrespective of the exam score. He had been punctual and organized throughout the 8 sessions i took with him. Passed my class 5 exam today !!. I would definitely recommend Jagar if anyone is aiming to be able to drive and pass the road test. Thanks a lot Jagar.
