Amazing experience with BC Computers!
My MacBook had serious water damage, both the screen and motherboard were affected, and I thought I’d have to buy a new one. On top of that, I desperately needed my data. But the team at BC Computers handled everything like true professionals. Within a day, they told me they could fix it, and they did, for a very reasonable price. Now my laptop works perfectly, and I didn’t have to spend thousands on a new one. I'm so grateful. These guys are lifesavers! Highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent Service! I had a "windows bluescreen startup loop" and no matter what I tried, I could not get it reinstalled myself. It would not let me system restore or reinstall windows. I tried calling a few other places closer to my home but nobody could help me even though this is a well known issue with Windows. BC Computers fixed my issue quickly, for a reasonable price. Bonus - I am fragrance free due to allergies and asthma, and my laptop was returned without any issues that way. Staff was also very organized and had labelled my computer with the ticket number, my name etc using a high quality label that peeled off cleanly. My laptop is running smoothly and all of my files were saved. Thank you so much!

I’ve been to BC Computers over four times now for ongoing issues with my laptop’s top case and keyboard, and every time, their service has been excellent. They’re always professional, helpful, and genuinely care about getting things fixed properly.

Amazing Lenove repair experience!
I had a fantastic experience withe BC computer. The staff was incredibly helpful, profissional, knowledgeable, kind, trustful, sorganized and scedualed. They fixed shorted motherboard of my Lenovo laptop in a very short time and reliable work, as it was working befor. I am very pleased with the super service and outcome. I highly recommend BC computer to anyone looking for super quality sevice.

I had my laptop upgraded by BC computers last week. I dropped off the laptop for a RAM upgrade, along with an internal cleaning and a thermal repaste. They finished the work in 3 days, and the laptop performs significantly better now. The CPU temps are lower than ever, and the overall performance is significantly better.

Their customer service was fine, their representatives do a decent job at communication for quotes and any questions you have once the computer is dropped off. The gentleman working the front desk was nice, and straight to the point.

Their pricing was the exact same as their quote, which is always nice, and you get a 25 dollar discount if you request a quote first.

I’d definitely recommend this shop for any computer upgrades or repairs that cannot be easily done at home.

Went in for a battery replacement—super friendly and helpful service. I waited a few days for my specific battery to arrive, and the installation was completed while I did a workout nearby. Very dissatisfied with the service. Brought a lap top in as it was running slow. The suggested to install a new drive. I said OK. They handed it back to me 4 days later. They did not clone it. Just added the new drive. Very mad about this! They set it up in a way where it had a screen to pick the window? Why. Told them this is unacceptable. They said they will do it again. 4 days later. They did not clone it again. only added the operating system... Why. When I asked them why they did not clone it they said it my responsibility to do this. I brought it in for the expertise.
What a Joke... Do not go there.
