This is not a big box store which is what I live about it. Remember when people actually were there on the floor for you, to help you find things, make expert suggestions, and just be friendly towards their customers? That's what you get here. They have what you need, I was helped by three people while purchasing only two things. Some friendly chit chat along the way just made for a great experience. Thanks for constantly evolving to keep yourselves relevant and being a friendly place to stop in and pick up the things I nee!

Absolutely wonderful staff. So helpful and attentive. The store is clean, organized and always seems to have what I'm looking for. So refreshing to shop here vs other similar stores where just finding someone to help you is a big task. Whenever possible, this is my go to home improvement store. It's a retail environment, so share a joke with them and be lighthearted. HH team, thank you for the amazing service!

I almost never share reviews, but in this case I feel it is deserved. The staff at this store are all incredibly helpful and kind. Earlier this week they delivered some lumber and a BBQ. The guys on the truck were great and made sure I was happy with where and how the job produce was placed. They even helped me move a few things, and do so happily.
Also, Dan, who is behind the service desk is always very knowledgeable and helpful when I am not sure how to tackle a problem. He was also the one behind my delivery. Thanks Dan.

Clean, organized store. Great selection! The workers at the pro desk are very helpful. The lumber yard is very clean and organized, and there is lots of room to move around with your vehicle. Very helpful staff. It felt so good to be in a smaller town store compared to the big city box stores. I will be back.

I have recently moved to Wasaga Beach and have been so impressed with this Home Hardware! Very helpful staff who are knowledgeable and patient with my dumb questions as I am not much of a handyman. I recently had a complicated return of something I bought on their website and had shipped to this location. Karen jumped through several hoops, and made several calls on my behalf, in my presence and some the next day, in order to make sure I got a full refund, though it was a little bit outside of the bounds of the customer return policy. Fantastic follow-up and really worked hard for me as the customer even though I was creating work for them with no profit. Very impressed and will be a loyal customer going forward.

Purchased some items today and also some M&M products for a quick dinner. I remembered it was on sale in my emails this AM ($5.00) off. Got home only to see I was not discounted the $5.00 even though I mentioned it to the cashier. When I called to ask why I was told they are a quick/fast location. I asked does this mean you don’t honor the sales in the flyers? And he confirmed that is correct. They do not honor the sales! Was so rude, like I should not be asking.
Won’t be making that mistake again.

Save yourself the grief and shop from the Collingwood M&M and HH, rude staff in the Beach.

Super friendly and helpful staff, not the largest location, but they're always able/willing to order anything in to save you driving to other locations to try and track something down.
